Apple pie smoothie bowl, sound good? Try it out! Add a handful of spinach or kale for a lovely apple-green colour, plus those leafy green nutrients of course!

  • 1 frozen banana small
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or coconut yoghurt
  • 2/3 cup apple sauce unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • optional: handful of fresh spinach or kale


  • Place all ingredients in the Omniblend. Puree until completely smooth – about 60 seconds on medium speed.
  • Serve with any toppings that you like!
