Blueberry Energy Breakfast Smoothie
The energy you get from coffee is not the long-lasting kind. Often caffeine can pick you up and drop you just as suddenly! Try switching to this blueberry breakfast smoothie for an energy boosting start to your morning. Look forward to feeling your energy staying throughout the day!
- 1 Scoop protein powder
- 1 Scoop green powder
- 1/2 An avocado frozen
- 1/2 A ripe banana frozen
- ½ cup Blueberries frozen
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut oil
- ¼ cup Plain probiotic yogurt
- ⅛ Tbsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 1 cup Raw milk
- 1/2 cup Filtered water
- For this fabulous early morning charge, simply put all the ingrediends into your OmniBlender.
- Replace the lid and blend until smooth (35-60 seconds)!
- Pour into your glass or smoothie bowl. Enjoy!
