Upstairs clinic rooms* are all carpeted, with double-glazed windows and good natural light. Downstairs consulting rooms are of medical standard. Best disabled access is to downstairs rooms, but is also possible upstairs.

We believe our clinic rooms are among the best value around, WIFI and power are included so there are no hidden overheads. Enquire about using our eftpos machine or BYO. Extra services incur extra fees.
Reception
Our reception desk is also the retail counter. We will meet & greet your clients. Eftpos facility available (please ask).
Client Waiting Area
Upstairs clinic rooms have a warm atmosphere, with magazines and fresh filtered water available. Luxury wool carpet, heat pump (cooling in summer). Upstairs bathroom.
Admin Central
The admin team are based in an open-plan office, with fax/printer accessible to all staff and practitioners (extra fees may apply). Warm atmosphere, tastefully designed.
Full Dispensary
We boast a full herbal and aromatherapy dispensary, plus a wide range of practitioner-only nutritional and herbal supplements. Custom prescriptions for prebiotic powders can be made to order.
Experienced Practitioners
We require all practitioners working from House of Health to be appropriately qualified for their scope of practice. All should be current members of their professional association, and carry public liability insurance.
Professional & Friendly Staff
Our admin team are here to support. We provide a meet-and-greet service for you and your clients. They are also qualified health pracitioners and, we can take care of herbal and nutritional prescriptions for your clients.
Spacious Staff Room
Our staff room is well separated from the admin & clinical areas. It has a heat pump and can also be used for small workshops and meetings. Great kitchen facilities with mini-oven, induction hot-plate, fridge, Omniblend, kettle & espresso coffee machine.
Walk-Ins are Common
Our main road exposure, excellent signage and high profile standing in the local community mean you are being marketed, just by being on our team.

Transportation & Parking
Short-term parking right at the door. Public parking across the road (accessed adjacent to numbers 867 & 869 New North Road), with pedestrian access directly across the road from the clinic.
The Outer Link bus stops at the door, well positioned for bus routes for St Lukes, New Lynn and along Mt Albert Road. Handy to Western Cyclepath (connecting Waterview to New Lynn) and it’s a quick 5 minute walk to the Mt Albert railway station.
