Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond Milk make your own!
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates
  • 2 Tbsp sultanas
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 3/4 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 Tbsp Zest and juice of 1 orange

Instructions
