Try this spicy and fruity smoothie, perfect to blend at home to boost your mood in any windy Autumn weather!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Milk make your own!
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 2 dates
- 2 Tbsp sultanas
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 3/4 tsp mixed spice
- 1 Tbsp Zest and juice of 1 orange
