- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup milk
- Make rice flour by grinding up uncooked rice (use the PULSE function) in your Omniblend – the 2L jug works best because of the narrow base. Add the peanuts and continue to use PULSE until well combined. Scoop out into a bowl and mix in the milk.
- Roll out the dough, cut into a cookie shape you like, and bake for 10 minutes at 175°C. Done!
