Directions

Adults and children over 12 years

• Take 1 capsule daily, with or without food, or as directed by your prescribing healthcare practitioner.

Two randomised, double blind, placebo-controlled trials conducted in over 500 participants have demonstrated that supplementation with a daily dose of 500 million cfu of L. paracasei 8700:2 and L. plantarum HEAL 9 significantly reduces the incidence of common colds (p<0.05), the duration of common colds (p<0.05), and common cold symptoms (p<0.05).
