Note that the more commonly available Rosemary oil is the camphor chemotype – as the name suggests it is higher in the harsh, neurotoxic camphor compound. Cineole is a lot gentler and better for respiratory ailments, with a smaller amount of camphor, meaning you can still use it for circulatory and pain applications.
The “Herb of Remembrance” is an excellent circulation stimulant and warming oil, and is very popular for sports rubs and in hair regrowth formulas.
Use as an inhalation to enhance learning and memory recall as well as to clear sinus and chest congestion and to relieve headaches.
