Blues Lettuce Smoothie
Blueberries and dark leaf lettuce are both antioxidant-rich foods. Why not try this blueberry and lettuce smoothie to get your day's worth of antioxidants?
- 3 cups lettuce – such as dark oakleaf
- 2 ripe pears
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 dark plum (if in season)
- 2 cups water
