Blueberries and dark leaf lettuce are both antioxidant-rich foods. Why not try this blueberry and lettuce smoothie to get your day's worth of antioxidants?

  • 3 cups lettuce – such as dark oakleaf
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 dark plum (if in season)
  • 2 cups water
  1. Add all ingredients into the Omniblend and mix it all up!
