Homemade Frappuccino

homemade Frappuccino 700x617 150x150 1

Creamy, frozen, frappuccinos are a perfect spring & summer treat! Learn how to make your own Omniblend frozen frappuccinos in any flavour you fancy.

  • 2 cups milk of choice (see our recipe to make your own almond milk!)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp regular or decaf instant coffee.
  • 1/16 tsp salt
  • sweetener of choice ((check out our options here!))
  1. Whisk ingredients together. Freeze in shallow containers or an ice cube tray.
  2. Once frozen, pop the blocks out. Thaw until just soft enough for your blender to be able to handle it.
  3. Blend until desired slushiness is reached. Add extra sweetener if needed, but do not add ice, because it would dilute the flavor.
  4. Feel free to add cocoa, cinnamon, berries, chai, banana, or other flavors if you wish.

Bones, Joints & Muscles
MS is a chronic, progressive disease that is more common in women than men and it has limited treatment options and no known cure. Naturopathy and herbal medicine strategies available for people with MS depend very much on how the disease is affecting them. Some therapies may help reduce pain, promote restful sleep or support mood. Others may be centred on mind-body approaches, such as encouraging mindfulness, yoga or Tai Chi, or body therapies such as massage to support the person from a holistic perspective.
