DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adults and children aged 7 and over: Take 1-2 sachets per day.

Children from 3 to 6 years: Take up to ½ sachet per day.

Open the sachet and mix the contents in a fresh non-fizzy drink, yoghurt or fruit juice; consume immediately.

It is possible to take CDS22-formula 450B in conjunction with antibiotic therapy given the absence of known interactions of these drugs with the bacteria contained in the product. To maximise the beneficial effect of the probiotic, it is advisable to take CDS22-formula 450B a few hours after the antibiotic. Contact us if you have questions about this.

Although no particular risks associated with the use of CDS22-formula 450B, have been highlighted, the adaptation of the intestinal microbiome to the bacteria it contains can cause transient abdominal swelling. To prevent this, we recommend reducing the dosage of CDS22 to 1/4 sachet daily for 2 days, then 1/2 sachet for 1-3 days before reverting to the full dose.

What is the recommended daily dose of CDS22?
The recommended daily dose is 1-2 sachets. Dissolve in 100ml of cold non-carbonated water, yoghurt and any other cold, non-carbonated drink.

It is recommended to take CDS22 before breakfast in the morning.

How long should I take CDS22?
The new intestinal balance can be observed after 3-4 days, but optimal colonisation occurs within 2-3 weeks.

Does CDS22 contain any allergens?
CDS22 does not contain gluten, lactose or soy, but may contain traces of milk. It does not contain preservatives or synthetic sweeteners.

Why is it best to keep CDS22 refrigerated?
The bacteria are live and lyophilized, it is therefore preferable to keep them in the fridge. CDS22 can be kept out of the fridge at room temperature for up to one week without affecting the
quality of the product. However, temperatures above 25°C should be avoided.

Can I take CDS22 while on antibiotics?
CDS22 can be taken while on antibiotics however it is best to take it as far apart as possible.

Are there any side effects?
Bloating is a common side effect due to the adaptation of the gut flora to the new bacteria. However, it is a transient phenomenon due to the adaptation of your gut microbiome to the new bacteria.
