Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl
Apple pie smoothie bowl, sound good? Try it out! Add a handful of spinach or kale for a lovely apple-green colour, plus those leafy green nutrients of course!
- 1 frozen banana (small)
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or coconut yoghurt)
- 2/3 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- optional: handful of fresh spinach or kale
- Place all ingredients in the Omniblend. Puree until completely smooth – about 60 seconds on medium speed.
- Serve with any toppings that you like!
