  • 1 cup homemade almond milk see notes for our recipe!
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ avocado or if omitting, use 1 whole frozen banana
  • Handful of stoneless prunes
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder purchase here!
  • 2 tblsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup ice
