Persimmon Smoothie

Here’s a Persimmon Smoothie recipe for autumn. Just 3 ingredients, but full of persimmon flavonoids and vitamins, plus the goodness of spinach!

  • 4-5 persimmons (seeds removed)
  • ½ bunch spinach (about 200g)
  • 2-3 cups water
  1. Roughly chop the persimmons (you can leave the skin on).
  2. Blend all the ingredients well.
  3. Pour quickly as it may thicken on standing.
