Directions

Children over 2 years: Take one sachet daily, or as directed by your prescribing healthcare practitioner. Add to water or milk, or mix into yoghurt. Do not give to children under 2 years of age without medical advice.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG has been shown to be effective in reducing the risk of developing paediatric antibiotic-associated diarrhoea (AAD) (RR=0.36, 95% CI: 0.19-0.69), and a recent (2015) Cochrane Collaboration review found that probiotics were more effective than placebo in reducing both the occurrence and duration of upper respiratory tract infections (URTIs), and URTI-associated school absence.
