Born from a passion for health and the environment, these are the best reusable drink bottles you will find. Founded in New Zealand, ECOtanka™ is proud to have been one of the first to introduce the concept of stainless-steel drink bottles to New Zealanders in 2005.

Aaron Broderick, the founder and owner of ECOtanka™ was searching all over New Zealand and Australia for 6 months to buy just one drink bottle that was not glass, plastic or aluminium, only to find himself extremely disappointed. That was when the idea of making Stainless bottles was born and today this benefits many, as well as helping our environment by providing the best alternative to plastic bottles.

ECOtanka™ bottles are made in the world’s stainless drinkware manufacturing centre in China. Aaron was living in China for seven years to manage the production and control the quality on the ground. He has trained all the supplying factories, to the ECOtanka™ standard, and has a QA and QC team working on the ground to deliver the excellent and consistent quality of all ECOtanka™ products.

This is a robust non-toxic water bottle that doesn’t leach plastic, epoxy or metals into the water, and therefore it doesn’t go into you either. Read the ECOtanka™ SGS Report.

All ECOtankas are made from high quality Stainless 304 food grade and have a 1 year warranty against faulty manufacturing. They are ultra lightweight and make excellent gifts.

There are 6 different sizes from 350mL to 2000mL for single wall bottle, with a range of colour options and lid types to choose from.

teenyTANKA (350mL)

teenyTANKA is desiged for young children, or for adults who want a bottle which will fit into a small bag or handbag. It holds 350mL (= one large glass) and is ultra light and compact, measuring approximately 133mm from the top to the bottom of the Stainless area.

teenyTANKA fits all of the standard ECOtanka™ lids and the teeny size KOOLER covers.

miniTANKA (600mL)

miniTANKA is perfect for primary school children, being a little more compact than a regular size drink bottle. It holds 600mL (= two large glasses) and is ultra light and fairly compact, measuring approximately 187mm from the top to the bottom of the Stainless area.

miniTANKA fits all of the standard ECOtanka™ lids and the mini size KOOLER covers.

sportsTANKA (800mL)

sportsTANKA is the most popular of the ECOtanka™ range and is the best size for everyday use. It holds 800mls (= three regular sized glasses) and fits most standard bottle holders, measuring approximately 236mm from the top to the bottom of the Stainless area.

sportsTANKA fits all of the standard ECOtanka™ lids and the sports size KOOLER covers.

trekkaTANKA (1000mL)

trekkaTANKA is suitable for half day trips such as a walk in the park, out and about doing jobs to keep you hydrated throughout the day. It holds 1L (= four regular size glasses), is ultra light and measure approximately 236mm from the top to the bottom of the Stainless area.  It provides a little more volume than a regular bottle, but without the extra bulk.

trekkaTANKA fits all of the standard ECOtanka™ lids and the trekka size KOOLER covers.

supaTANKA (1200mL)

supaTANKA is a special extra large drink bottle. It holds 1.2L (= four large glasses), is ultra light and measure approximately 236mm from the top to the bottom of the Stainless area. supaTANKA bottle size is for that little bit extra you need through the day.

supaTANKA fits all of the standard ECOtanka™ lids and the supa size KOOLER covers.

megaTANKA (2000mL)

megaTANKA is ideal for the family fridge, for day trips, camping, or use it to store milk or beer, or brew beer! This bottle gives you a days supply of liquid that can stay clean and fresh throughout the day. This holds 2L (= 8 standard size glasses), is ultra light and measure approximately 255mm from the bottom to the top of the Stainless area.

megaTANKAs are the only bottle that does not fit the standard ECOtanka™ lid range. They are available with either a poly spout lid and full Stainless lid – select your preferred option at the checkout – or get both (spares here ECOtanka™ lids).

Thermo (double wall vacuum bottle)

For vacuum wall (thermo) bottles, there are 5 different sizes in Stainless (silver)

Keeping Kool

Kooler covers are also available to keep water cooler in summer – also works as an effective dent preventer if accidentally dropped.
