ECOtanka™ offers a range of lid types for your needs.

Plastice Lids

There are BPA, BPS & BPF FREE plastic lids made from PP#5, which is considered to be one of the safest plastics for food. The industry removed BPA from polycarbonate plastics and changed to BPS or BPF which is just as bad as BPA!  PP does not contain any BP materials.

• Sports lid
• Poly Loop lid
• Screw Top (Cap Top) lid
• Mega Poly Loop lid

The main body is made from PP#5 (Polypropylene) but is of a special and expensive type which makes the lid 20x stronger.  Origin Japan or Singapore

All raw materials are from Germany and Japan or Singapore, and assesmbled in China.

These lids can fit almost all bottles except the megaTANKA bottle and is best suited for the single wall bottles only as the dust cover does not fit the thermoTANKA bottles.

How to care

Sports & Screw Top, Mega Poly: This lid is dishwasher safe and can be sterilised with boiling water.

Poly Loop Lids: This lid does need some extra care and should not be put in a dishwasher.  Due to the 2 part lid design and the inner insulation, this lid cannot be submerged under water.

Stainless Lids

Other options are Stainless lids made from 304 Stainless with a solid Stainless handle. This lid is BPA FREE, BPS & BPF FREE. The Stainless lids were designed to be leak-proof and have the look of pure cliean Stainless or a more eco-friendly lid compared to many other plastic lids on the market.
