Brain Fog Clearing Smoothie

- 1 cup swiss chard
- 1 cup organic strawberries
- ¼ cup fresh italian parsley
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp collagen powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- ½ – 1 tsp good quality grey sea salt or pink himalayan salt
