Coconut, banana and cacao smoothie bowl
Kids will love this coconut, banana and cacao smoothie bowl over the summer. Make it dairy-free or not. Your choice!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4 ice cubes
- ½ cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 pitted medjool date
- cup tablespoon cacao powder or nibs
- ¼ cup almond milk (make your own!)
- Place all the ingredients in Omniblend and pulse until smooth and thick.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and top with your favourite dried nuts and fruit!
