  • 1 medium Pineapple
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 ″ Ginger
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • pinch of Salt


  • Peel the pineapple and lemon.
  • Place all in your Omniblend and blend until desired consistency is reached.
  • Enjoy straight away and store any remaining in the fridge.
