Thyroid Health Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Brazil nuts
  • Small bunch of coriander
  • 1 pear chopped roughly
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 2 T pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
  • ¼ c yoghurt regular or coconut
  • Opt: a pinch of kelp powder

Instructions
 

  • Slice unpeeled pear crosswise, and poke out seeds with a butter knife. Peel orange or tangerine. Blend all ingredients in your Omniblend until smooth, adding water if needed to liquify.
