“Miracle Water” from places such as Lourdes in France, Nordenau in Germany, Tlactoe in Mexico and Nadana in India have attracted millions of people over the last few centuries seeking to enjoy the health benefits reported by other pilgrims. Indeed, it appears that many have experienced health benefits and healing by drinking the water from these areas. Now, analysis of these so-called “Miracle Waters” has revealed that each had many different types of trace minerals. However, they did find that there was one molecule, not found very often in nature, that was found in these waters. That molecule was molecular hydrogen (H2).  Molecular hydrogen acts as a powerful antioxidant, helping to neutralise oxygen free radicals that contribute to damage to DNA, the development of disease, inflammation, and aging. Read more to learn about some of the exciting research in this area and how you might benefit from consuming water containing high amounts of molecular hydrogen
