Homemade Cough Syrup

- 1 medium Pineapple
- 1 Lemon
- 2 ″ Ginger
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- pinch of Salt
- Peel the pineapple and lemon.
